Keep Louisa County Beautiful
The City of Letts is part of the Keep Louisa County Beautiful Program. The program is countywide and is part of the Hometown Pride program for Keep Iowa Beautiful.
The hometown pride program with Keep Iowa Beautiful has a hometown pride coach. Doug Elam is the coach for Louisa County. He is available to work with communities on community enhancement and economic development projects, including tree planting, honoring the civil war soldier William H. H. Reddick, and with seeking grant funding.
